Origin: Japan (Only in Iriomote island & Ishigaki island). A typical subspecies
in Taiwan.Female(only sex known): With short wings. Slightly shiny, green; body length 102-119mm.
Egg: Brown. They have seawater resistance, and can float on water.
Foodplant: Pandanus(screw pine)
Reproduction: Parthenogenetic
Behaviour: They have the ability to spray an odor from a pair of glands in their thorax, If disturbed. It approximately smells minty.
